Solutions is guaranteed 100% to work or we will repair or replace it totally at our expense.
Products purchased from Expert
Water Solutions are shipped right to your door. You should inspect all products to be certain they are all there and
that no damage has occurred during shipping. Please alert us within 48 hours of receiving your order of any damaged or missing
parts and we will have the problem corrected immediately.
Warranty
All of our full house backwashing filters carry a 5-year total coverage warranty. Your warranty covers
moving parts, non-moving parts, and even electronics. All of our mineral tanks have an additional 5-year warranty against
leaks giving you a 10-year warranty on all tanks. All of our drinking water units including our reverse osmosis
systems have an 18-month warranty excluding replacement filters.
Return Policy
Any products being returned to Expert Water Solutions need to be returned in the original packaging and in new
condition within 30 days of purchase. Once received by Expert Water Solutions, we will refund the amount of your purchase
minus the cost of shipping and a 30% restocking fee. Before returning any products to Expert Water Solutions you must first
contact us and we will issue you a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) and give you the shipping address. All returns
received without a RGA # will be refused by our warehouse staff.

Expert Water Solutions’ liability
is limited to repair or replacement on all products. We are not responsible for consumer misapplications or changes in the
quality of the source water being treated. We are not responsible for any water test results not performed by Expert Water
Solutions. A 30% restocking fee will be applied on all returns totally at the discretion of Expert Water Solutions.
We reserve the right to refuse all services to any customer who is unreasonable or disrespectful to our staff.
